Hello.  My name is Rebecca.  I am a huge racing fan and the biggest Dale Earnhardt Jr. fan.  I usually go to one race a year.  Usually it's at Lowe's Motor Speedway. 

The first race that I ever attended was the Winston in 2000.  It is by far my favorite of all that I have been to.  It was Dale Earnhardt and Kenny Irwin Jr.'s final Winston and Dale Jr.'s first.  My favorite moment was at the end.  Dale Jr. won and Dale Sr. had already changed and came running across the front stretch grass to congratulate his son in victory lane.  He gave him a great big hug and it was simply one of my favorite moments.  The worst moment was when they announced that one of the pedestrian bridges collapsed.  My family, friends and I had crossed that bridge to enter the track.  Luckily everyone was okay.

I attended the 2001 Winston (winner - Jeff Gordon), the 2002 Coca-Cola 600 (winner - Mark Martin), the 2002 Busch Race the same weekend (winner - Jeff Green), the first CTS race at Lowe's (winner - Ted Musgrave),the 2003 Winston (winner - Jimmie Johnson), 2004 Nextel All-Star Race (winner - Matt Kenseth) and 2004 Subway 500 at Martinsville (winner - Jimmie Johnson).

I have met several drivers and I have almost all of the regular drivers' autographs.  I am constantly adding to my collection.

I finally have my race pictures up from the All-Star race.  Enjoy.

Well it's been 2 months since my last update.  A lot has been going on and I just haven't had a chance.

The Chase is set to begin this weekend.  Although Junior isn't in it, I still have my favorites.  I would like them to finish in this order:  Biffle, Edwards, Rusty, Mayfield, Smoke, Kenseth, Martin, Newman, Kurt, Cry Baby Johnson.  Seriously, since Gordon isn't in it and Junior can't win, as long as Johnson doesn't win I'll be happy. 

I can't wait until the Subway 500.  Enjoy the chase and may anyone but Johnson win.

In other news, Darrell Waltrip will give it one last go around at Martinsville in the #12 truck.  Go get 'em DW!
